do not trust the management .

first, when we arrive at the hotel, our friends arrived to their room,and was not clean , beds not make, dishes on the counter, their excuse was they fire the maid few hours ago. us we arrived to our suite and was the room we have reserved, they offer with full charge a another room and move the next day to our executive suite reservation. Sebastian the manager, is really doesn't care about us. he said at the check out he had contact hotels.com to issue me a discount for the firs night. i never received a communucation from hotels.com.

We had a great stay for nearly a week and thought it was great value. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed both the rooftop pool and included breakfast. Buenos Aires is very spread out - so on the one hand this hotel is central to everything but also not super close to much. It was walkable but we found most things we wanted to see as first timers to the city were about 30-40mins walk away. We didn’t try the subway but ride-share was very cheap so it didn’t pose an issue.

Excellent knowledge, extremely helpful, ultra friendly staff. Offered a glass of wine and snack. Complimentary beverage including water and soda and chocolates. Given discount card for restaurant. Plentiful food provided for complimentary breakfast for all types of diets, e.g., gluten free. Room was clean and spacious and they allowed us to book in earlier than the 3 pm check in time. AC worked beautifully, comfortable beds.

A comfortable stay in the heart of Buenos Aires

We had a great stay. The staff were amazing- nothing was too much trouble. The suite was perfect - very comfortable. Set in a very convenient location - near good restaurants too. The hotel restaurant was in fact superb. My only complaint was that the WiFi signal in our suite was too weak to be able to use quite often. We did mention it to reception but it didn’t get better. All in all , I would be happy to recommend it.

There were issues with check-in, elevators weren’t working (but fixed promptly), there were no towels or pillow cases in our room and our mini-fridge leaked all over the room, but I couldn’t clean it up because I had no towels.

We stayed here for 1 week as we explored Buenos Aires. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and changed daily. The restaurant on site is also good for lunch or dinner. The location is close to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, parks. The front staff and all the employees are professional and courteous and gave us a lot of information to help navigate the city. We would stay here again.

The property is in a very good location, very walkable and close to everything. The hote is extra clean and the room was perfect. People are very nice and very helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. We got breakfast included with our room (very good by the way, everything fresh and tasty and well made), and we ate at it also, and the food is incredible. This is a place that we will stay again when we’re back in BA. Highly recommended.

A*** hotel in Buenos Aires - a must stay!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I recently brought a group of 15 friends to stay here in Buenos Aires. Our stay was incredible - the reception staff so helpful, the chef was insanely talented, the bar staff could not be more friendly or kind, and housekeeping were excellent. The breakfast available is very varied, lots of different options and the staff are very attentive. The rooms are big, the shower is one of the best I've ever had (and for those from London, very soft water!). The fridge is big enough to stock with drinks and food items from local shops (a supermarket is. 2 min walk away). The pool on the rooftop is not very big but the perfect size to relax by and have a drink or enjoy the sun whilst having a leisurely dip. Genuinely one of the best hotels on a trip I've organised, and I've organised a lot of trips!

The staff were fantastic, helpful, informative, responsive and friendly. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The location is excellent, easy walk or Uber to most of the must see sights. lots of good restaurants, bookstores, and shopping. My wife and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really loved the excellent breakfast each morning, happy hour and rooftop pool (which is a modest size) made the stay perfect. Many thanks
