Amazing location on one of the best beaches in East Cape, Baja California Sur!
Great for couples or small families.
Favorite spot for kite surfers, sport fishing, and all around great beach vacation spot!

1 additional "closet" bedroom without door, great for a child
1 full outdoor covered kitchen with ocean views

Beach just steps from the front door!
Great wifi for remote working.
Private off street parking.

There is an outside shower for when you come in from beach and easy to access bathroom on the ground floor in the carport for when you are down at the beach.

Property manager lives in a separate individual unit on site and can help if needed.

Both of your two suites are on the second floor, stairs to access.
Please note there is an unfinished jacuzzi, so there is a bit of construction visible.

No smoking.
