Pleased with the house, location, and accuracy of listing description. The host stayed in contact during the trip to ensure everything was going well. No complaints on the venue or process. Great Mountain views from backyard and front yard. Really enjoyed the front porch swing.

Nice house, good location, but there were some major flaws considering the price point
Pros: - Great location - a quick 5 min drive to downtown BV- Nice house overall - Spacious and good for larger groups Cons: - The pillows and mattresses are incredibly cheap and not comfortable. One of the mattresses was so bad it would cave in the middle with two people sleeping on it, our friends ended up bringing in their camping mattress to sleep on instead. - There are no comforters on any of the beds - just sheets and a random assortment of blankets and throws that have probably never been washed. - The decor is highly religious - might not bother some, but for a rental, I would tone it down and try to accommodate a broader audience - The yard is all dirt and while the playground is a nice touch, it felt like it was going to fall apart at any second so I wouldn't say it's super safe for older kids. Our 4 year old weighs 35 pounds and I was nervous having her on the swing. With fees, etc., we paid about 600/night and it didn't feel worth it, especially if a good night's rest is important to you.

This was one of the best places we've stayed at. Lots of room, well-stocked kitchen, clean, new. Buena Vista is a great town. Central to Ski Cooper and Monarch Mountain. Very responsive management to a few questions we had.

Great house
House is open ans nice setting. The house is a 5-10 min drive to town. Also a short drive to either of the hot springs. If you are looking at getting off your devices and TV this place is it. My only bad comment was there is only 1 tv in the house. House had books and some games but would be nice to have a TV in 1-2 bedrooms. Didn’t use the outside fire pit or the swing set but they looked in good condition and would have been a nice time cooking some s'more's under the clear night sky. The POCs were responsive and the neighbors were nice.

Awesome family getaway
We had a great time staying at this property. They had toys for the kids to play with, a great back yard, and a quick drive to downtown. We hiked Missouri Mountain one of the days, and it was super close to the trailhead as well. Loved Buena Vista!

Perfect property for families!
We stayed here with two families and it was perfect for our group. The entire home and rooms were spacious with plenty of stocked kid supplies to make it so easy (toys, books, kitchen). Backyard had plenty of room for kids and adults. Highly recommend this property!
