Most pools were bathtub warm temp wise with very few hot pools-- actually only one hot pools. Disappointing when you come for the "hot" springs. Our room was nice and clean. We were in a hillside room and the vending machine there was out of order so that was very inconvenient since the walk to the market was quite a little hike.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ENJOY RELAXATION. Instead go invest your money with a place like Iron Mountain Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs or The Springs Resort down in Pagossa Springs. You wont be disappointed at all like you will if you decide to come to this terrible place. Rooms are very outdated and not secure at all. If you want to keep your valuables for the trip home, I suggest bringing your own safe. Front desk staff are terrible. They provide little to no help and can't even accommodate their guest properly. Bad customer service all the way around. Goodluck if you do decide to go to this place.

We stayed in Creekside for 1 night, room was very clean, and had a kitchenette that is useful. Food at Marys Steakhouse was dekicious. Service at the Spa, restaurant and front desk was great. Really enjoyed cascading pools and the river.

The good: Food and service was great in the restaurant. The hot springs are very cool. The bad: Very old, and not in a charming way. Not updated at all. Things are “out of order” everywhere (machines in the “gym”, the bathing suit dryer in the locker room, doors, the coffee machine, etc). The power went out during our stay and they still charged us for facials we booked, even though you couldn’t even flush the toilet or wash your hands. Staff was nice but extremely slow and overwhelmed. The spa itself was dirty and had a horrible smell. Trash in the sauna room.

It is OK. We have been going here at least once a year for the past 6 years, but two things knocked down the stars. 1. The shower in the family changing room of the Infinite Pool side is not working well. It only shoots out lukewarm water and cold water. Overuse may be deteriorating it. 2. The heater in the room (at least in the Cliffside section) was so loud that I kept waking up. The equipment may be getting old. It's a shame because I like the hot springs.
