The room was very clean and inviting. Two comfy chairs allowed us to get cozy while watching TV. The view from the room of the hillside was wonderful, especially with the Christmas lights and a full moon. It was a delightful stay and we will be back on our next trip to Salida!

In town for Christmas, as our sons live in Salida. We skied Monarch and enjoyed all of the fantastic restaurants in Salida. We’ve stayed at the Manhattan hotel the past few winters. Can’t beat overlooking the Arkansas River and S Mountain.

We loved the boutique hotel atmosphere with balcony overlooking the Arkansas River. The room was very modern, with all the conveniences working perfectly. There is no "front desk," which worked out OK. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Reaching the room did involve walking up 2 flights of steep stairs, which could be a deterrent for some.
