Nice property but sparcely equipped. A kettle would have been useful. The house is in easy walk of a beach and a couple of nice restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Good location, that gives the opportunity to easily move between beaches, nevertheless the car is needed. Market in the neighborhood, 2 min by car. / 5 walking The communication might be better if the property manager would speak English. The restaurant that was recommended - Il Colle - was appreciated! The mattresses are poor, they have to be replaced asap! 7 out of 10 as general impression.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Tanaunella sehr genossen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und die Lage relativ ruhig. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 800 m. Zum kleinen Supermarkt und nächstem Restaurant sind es ca. 250 m. Die Ausstattung ist schon recht spärlich und kommt langsam in die Jahre aber soweit ist alles funktional und vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktionert und ist recht neu.Wir haben gerne auf der Terasse gegessen oder gesessen. Von Tanaunella sind einige Strände gut zu erreichen und in Budoni gibt es größere Supermärkte, Eisdielen, Restaurants etc. ...ein typischer Strandort eben.

Wir waren Ende Juli / Anfang August Gast in dem Ferienhaus. Dies entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern zwischen 7 und 10 Jahren vor Ort. Im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin, von dem nichts in der Beschreiben stand. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist schön und hat alles was man braucht. Ein Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen Badezimmer. Diese hatte einen komischen Geruch, weshalb es kaum benutzt wurde. Das Hauptbau war gut. Alle Räume hatten eine Klimaanlage, was es sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit Trampolin. In der Küche wäre es gut, wenn es schärfere Messer hätte, aber sonst konnte man mit dem was es gab gut kochen. Es gibt auch eine Außenküche

Great place

It was a great stay overall. The host only speaks English and Italian, but we had always good communications. The object is located a bit outside in Tanaunella, which gives you way more garden space than normal and a comparatively quiet environment. And you still can reach a small supermarket by a ten minute walk. Also, beautiful St. Anna Beach & pine forest is close by (20 minute walk) - but beware of the shepherd dogs on the way. If they're too hyped when you're visiting, just go by car - 5 minute drive and a lot of parking capacity, especially in the off-season.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Schönes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern & zwei Bädern. Ein Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen Bad. Etwas wenig Ablagefläche in den Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist funktionell aber spärlich eingerichtet. Kleine Aussenküche vorhanden. In diese ist eine kleine Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine integriert. Es gibt eine Aussendusche mit warmem Wasser. Supermarkt, gute Pizzeria, Apotheke & Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis.

Poco soddisfatti

L'esterno della casa è molto curato peccato non si possa dire altrettanto dell'interno. In cucina manca quasi tutto tranne le formiche, di quelle ne abbiamo avute a volontà, la lavastoviglie è piccolissima ci si può mettere solo piatti fondi e bicchieri, lo stendibiancheria andrebbe cambiato è tutto arrugginito. Le camere da letto: nella matrimoniale c'è il bagno ma così piccolo che mio marito non entrava nella doccia e ha dovuto utilizzare per tutto il soggiorno quella esterna, nella cameretta i letti sono piccoli e scomodi per due adulti.

Belle maison mais possible de faire mieux!

Belle maison, belle situation et très calme. Climatisation performante. Ensemble très vert puisque arrosage automatique y compris pelouse. Mais très peu d'équipements: . dans la cuisine: pas de grille pain, pas de bouilloire, peux d'assiettes et dépareillées, idem pour les verres. . dans les chambres: peu de rangements ni même possible de poser des choses autrement que parterre . extérieur: chaises longues dures sans coussin pour s'y allonger. Très petit lave vaisselle.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen in Meeresnähe, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss, aus uns einer der schönsten Strände mit z.T. Pinienwäldchen, das in der Sommerhitze angenehmen Schatten spendet. Supermarkt in der Nähe und generell zentrale Lage im Nordosten der Insel.

Entspannte Urlaubstage

Hübsches Objekt mit einigen Vorteilen. Allerdings ist die Küche etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Hier wäre etwas mehr Ausstattung wünschenswert. Auch mehr Ablagemöglichkeit (z. B. Regale) in den Schlafzimmern würden das Objekt aufwerten. Im dem wirklich schönen Garten würden sich ein paar Gartenliegen gut machen!
