Beautiful, panoramic three-room apartment located on the first and top floor.
The apartment's highlight is the large, L-shaped covered terrace that wraps around the living area. From the terrace and the apartment, you can enjoy the breathtaking view, spanning the sea, the surrounding hills, and the central swimming pool. The outdoor spaces are elegantly furnished so you can enjoy them at any time of day, for al fresco dining and relaxation. There is a comfortable dining table with seating for six and a relaxation area with sun-chairs.
Inside, the bright living/dining area is fully equipped with a modern kitchen with all appliances, a comfortable sofa, and a 43" Smart TV.
The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom overlooking a private terrace and a second double bedroom with views of the hills.

This property is beautiful and perfectly located. It’s in a small sleepy town, but only 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The highway is about 2 min drive away and there is a walkable cafe and market and pizza spot right next to the apartment. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. A full blow dryer, washing machine, comfortable beds and an incredible view. Marco and his wife are some of the nicest people you will meet. We stayed here for one month and will definitely be back. The air conditioning works perfectly. We already miss our little home
