WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN A FINALLY FURNISHED VILLA.

The Residence is located in a very quiet position near the beautiful beach of the Gulf of Budoni, on a fenced plot, surrounded by greenery.
You will have two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large veranda, where you can eat in the fresh hilly air. You will also have several parking spaces.
the villa has air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, satellite TV, radio, DVD player, iron, and WI-FI CONNECTION.
Outside a well-kept lawn with hedges and fruit trees, where you can let the children play.
For your enjoyment the residence has free five-a-side football or tennis courts.
SUPERMARKET, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS ARE 100 METERS.
You can spend fun evenings in the many restaurants, discos, patronal feasts and participate in traditional Sardinian events.
The residence is 30 km from Olbia airport, 35 km from the port of Olbia. By car it can be reached along the highway from Olbia with exit at Budoni Sud.
