I requested a non-smoking room via Expedia, and I was assigned to a smoking room. I didn't have time to change this as I was on a tight scheduled with events/dinners etc. The entire room reeked with a horrible cigarette smell! All my clothes and CPAP machine are now totally smelly. Top latch/lock on the motel door was not secure so there was only one turning lock which did not feel safe.

The room was decent size, the bed sheets were dirty and there were items from a previous guest behind the bed. The sheets had burn holes and crumbs all over it. It looks like they weren’t replaced from the last visitor
