Holiday Apartment "im Haus Kreuzthal"

Our vacation apartment is located in the picturesque Allgäu foothills of the Alps.

Triangle Isny - Leutkirch - Kempten In a sunny location directly in the village center.



The apartment is on the top floor of our detached house with its own entrance and a pretty, sunny south-facing balcony. It is generously proportioned (approx. 70 sqm) and ideal for 2 people. The roof beams have been left in place and give the apartment a cozy touch.

In the spacious bedroom there is a large double bed, a large closet and in an alcove a small, antique desk with telephone and internet connection, as well as a swiveling flat screen TV-Sat with Netflix-The spacious shower with comfortable seating offers a lot of comfort.

The living room with integrated kitchen has a large farmhouse table. The comfortable pull-out couch (sleeping accommodation for 1-2 persons) with rattan armchair gives the “living area” a cozy atmosphere, despite the latest technology: telephone and Internet connection, doorphone, flat screen TV-Sat, (swiveling to the kitchen and dining area) and stereo compact system (Bluetooth, Hifi, CD, MP3 player, USB, SD, radio, Netflix).

The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer, coffee and expresso machine, toaster, etc.).

In the wide hallway there is a cozy little reading corner with a comfortable couch. The furniture is of high quality and partly antique.

The apartment has a washing machine.

Kreuzthal is a district of Buchenberg.

The Kreuzthal vacation home is located in the center of Kreuzthal/Eisenbach and directly on the hiking trail network of the Adelegg and the Glasmacherweg, in the densely wooded part of the Allgäu foothills of the Alps.

In summer, the free outdoor pool (with kiosk, approx. 200 m away) is open.

The “Gohresberg” ski lift with floodlights is only 500 m away. Hikes, mountain bike tours on the Adelegg mountain range, a well-developed cycling and hiking network, herb hikes in summer and winter hikes, tours for snowshoe fans leave no room for boredom. Simply pure nature.

The border between Bavaria and Württemberg runs right through the village.

Kreuzthal is Bavarian, Eisenbach is Württemberg.

sehr positiv ! Angenehme Gastgeberin, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. die Unterkunft meinen Ansprüchen, sauber und modern, vollkommen genügend!! Sehr nette Gastgeberin, Hunde willkommen.

Pros: Es fehlt in der Wohnung an nichts. Die Gastgeberin hat sogar den ersten kleinen Einkauf ( Ankunft am Sonntag ) für uns erledigt. Für schlechte Tage ist auch Netflix verfügbar.

Toll renoviertes Haus! Mit Geschmack eingerichtet !

Pros: Bei meinen Eltern hatten wir die gleichen Möbel, und tolle Teppiche. Also ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und bin echt begeistert, wie man aus einem Stadel so liebevolle Wohneinheiten machen kann. Die Einrichtung erinnert mich sehr an mein Elternhaus. Gleiche Möbel (welche mein Vater selber gefertigt hatte), Teppiche und Silbernes Besteck, dass nenn ich mal nostalgisch. Tolle Lage und herrliche Ruhe und voll nette Leute! Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt... ...und 4 Hirschkühe sind auch noch gestern abend an uns vorbeigerannt...mein Hund Jantar war begeistert.....Respekt!!! Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage, Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Isny, Kempten und Leutkirch sind nicht weit, auch der Bodensee ist schnell zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein schöner, unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Pros: Die Lage war direkt am Bach gelegen und in schöner Natur drumherum. Sehr erholsame Tage gehabt und auf jeden ist dieses Domizil weiter zu empfehlen. Cons: Es gab nicht zu bemängeln.

Schöne Wohnung, schlechter Vermieter

Die Wohnung an sich ist nett und sauber. Die Vermietung jedoch schon fast kriminell. Das versprochene Wlan hat nicht funktioniert. Es war so wenig Leistung, dass es nicht mal ausreichte für eine Whatsapp Sprachnachricht oder um eine Email zu versenden. Da es dort null Handyempfang gibt, war also meine geschäftliche Reise eine Katastrophe! Die Dame stellt keine Rechnungen oder Quittungen aus. Sie meint, dass dies Aufgabe des Vermittlers wäre. So bleibe ich nun noch auf meinen Geschäftskosten sitzen. Und zu guter Letzt meinte sie noch, dass da Beträge über Bookiply nicht abgerechnet wurden und ich diese vor Ort erstatten solle... Ich kann nur jedem von einer Buchung dort abraten.

Hundefreundlich und gemütlich

Wir haben uns über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit bei der Anreise gefreut und insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Hündin hat sich mit der Hündin der Vermieterin gut verstanden. Lediglich die relativ steile und schmale Holztreppe zur Wohnung mochte unsere Hündin nicht hoch- oder runterlaufen, weswegen wir sie tragen mussten. Aber das ist ein individuelles Problem unserer Hündin; Besitzer schwerer Hunde mit Treppenängsten sollten das berücksichtigen. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung und für Ausflüge in andere Teile des Allgäus. Sehr hervorheben möchten wir die sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Bedenken muss man, dass es keinen Handyempfang gibt und dass u.U. nicht alle Dienste (z.B. VPN) vom WLAN durchgelassen werden.
