Room was prefect! Bed were soooo comfy and there was everything in the kitchen - even had a bottle of water in the fridge which was perfect on arrival!

The room was clean and tidy, good facilities. The only thing i would say is ensure you ask for a ground floor apartment if you have someone with mobility issues, as there isn't a lift and a very windy, narrow stair case, so getting cases up and and down, whilst maintaining your balance was extremely difficult

The apartment was amazing value for money, it comfortably slept 4, was well designed and laid out very well presented and had everything you need kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge, the showers were fantastic. Honestly can’t fault the room and the host was great left us to it and when we messaged they replied fast. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Relatively good value for money, hoewever the communication was quite poor on the side of the hotel. I did not receive any check in details prior to arriving to the property and had to contact the hotel and had to figure everything out while sitting outside in pouring rain.

BEDBUGS!

What was supposed to be a gorgeous boutique luxury stay turned into a nightmare when I spotted a few baby bugs in my bed. The next day I found an adult bedbug and blood stain, so I barely slept. When I reported this to the owner, he ridiculed me and accused me of bringing them. He also wished me bad karma and said he "warned his staff about me" The owner was rude, made threatening remarks, and offered zero refund or sympathy. He says it is my fault. I travel for business 2x per month and I've never had this issue. This is a beautiful property with gorgeous design and great location and prices. But be careful you might have visitors in your bed...

Nicely decorated room, easy check in and good location. Had all things you need for a short stay. However - surely not 35 sqm as stated. Max 25. - there is no kitchen as advertised, written on amenities and shown in the photos. This is probably from other rooms. - no fridge! - Not a single bottle of water. - I found the bed quite small, a standard double 140cm. Even though I had a good sleep, 2 people would be tight unless they are skinny type. - there is no blackout Blinds! The roll down blinds are not sufficient, during the night when lights switch on outside the light comes in the room and can easily wake up. - the toilet is quite high for people less that 180cm, and too tight how it is placed, making it a bit uncomfortable. - in terms of cleanliness, needs a bit more care, especially in the bathroom, change the toilet seat which has stains from the cleaning chemicals, and the shower grout. Nothing extreme though.
