Located approximately 200 yards from Cypress Bay Marina for pontoon rental, kayak rental and supplies. Bring the entire family and friends to this great getaway. It offers 2 living spaces, game room, 3.5 bathrooms, beautiful upper deck with lounge and dining area. The game room includes a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, basketball game, mini refrigerator, full bathroom with tub, heated floors, living area with large flat screen tv and sleeping area. This multi level cabin sleeps 10 with beds on all 3 levels. It has fun for everyone.

Parking
Parking Details: Kickback Cabin offers a 24 ft by 60 ft asphalt driveway for parking up to 6 vehicles and/or 2 trucks and 2 small-medium boats. Please do not park on any other property or the cabin yard/grass. Renter will be subject to tow and will be responsible for towing fees. Other properties are off limits for parking. Please plan accordingly.

TN BASS Nation Highschool State Tournament

This property was absolutely amazing! It’s gorgeous, clean, and very spacious. The paved parking made it great for parking a boat. The owners are fantastic, the communication and their accommodations are top-notch! We loved this property so much we will stay here every time we are on Kentucky Lake if it’s available!
