Great stay in Bucerias

Great location! Nice view of ocean from balcony. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Close to beach. Pool is wonderful, although short of chairs at times. Clean room and everything you would need. Just a note, walls are thin and you can hear your Neighbors. Also a lot of construction in this area at the time of stay which can be considered good or bad depending how you look at it.

Sweet little studio w/ a view.

This studio was quite nice, and accurately described and pictured on the site. It is set up like a deluxe suite at a nice hotel. Amenities are all you really need or want, unless your plan is to spend more time/meals at the rental. One could use a little more room, but for one or two people, it’s perfectly comfortable. ** Two things to note; It’s on the top floor(for guest rooms) and the floor above is a rooftop Steakhouse that seemed to get pretty busy. Awesome and convenient for when you dine there - if you do, reviews are good, I did not try it. But it was loud. When I had my balcony door open for.the evening breeze, I could hear tons of music and chatter, and end of night clean up, and re-arranging of tables and chairs. If you retire early for the night, bear that in mind - a set of earplugs would do the trick. The second thing was a bit of a surprise, and isn’t uncommon with a hotel. But my unit and the next we’re set up to become a larger suite, and we’re separated by a single, rather thin door. It diminished A sense of privacy quite a bit. If it were soundproofed, not a problem. But I could hear conversations, their TV sounded like it was in my room, granted they had it turned way up for some reason, and just about anything else that was going on. To be honest I was a little surprised to see that set up in a condo-style property. Having stayed a handful of places in Bucerias, this was the first time I’ve seen or stayed in a unit that was adjoined. For me it was uncomfortable for sure. Aside from that, the above mentioned balcony is tiny, but accommodated two, with a little table for a drink. And it boasts as good a view as you’ll find in all Bucerias, pretty stunning; the whole bay, Puerto Vallarta’s twinkling nightlife and some majestic looking mountain ranges in the distance. The property is brand new, so extremely clean, and added security features, 24 hr. guest check in (secured), they were polite and helpful as well. The place is perfectly located; a block from the beach, great restaurants within a block in all directions, near to mini-supers, liquor stores, and shops. What more could you ask? Though I would look/ask for a unit what was not adjoining, I’d stay at the property again. The rental agency and staff were very nice, and arrangements and communications easy, check in a breeze.

Perfect Studio Apartment with a great view & prime location

This was our first time in Bucerias and we were not entirely sure where to book. This location is perfect. The apartment is a cute studio with all of the amenities needed for your stay. The only thing that really wasnt clear and did have pictures was how small the balcony is (approx 6"x 3.5"). We like to have our morning coffee outside, but with it being so tiny, it made it hard. The black railing doesnt make it very secure as well. My husband had his phone on his lap and because of the size of the balcony, he stood up and it dropped 5 stories. So needless to say, once we arrived home in Canada, he needed to buy a new phone. Other than that, the building has a beautiful pool area with hot tub and gym. Meet Meat is a restaurant on the top level. We were able to experience it our last night there. The food is absolutely incredible. The view is a panoranmic million dollar view, and staff were all fun and delightful. We will go back to Meet Meat with every visit moving forward. This building is also super close to the Ocean, about a 2 minute walk, and lots of cafe's and restaurants. We felt extremely safe with our entire visit.
