Pros:
Management company is wonderful to deal with. Very quick to get back to you with a response.
Condo unit: Clean and well laid out. Main bedroom:king. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Comfortable mattress.
AC and ceiling fans throughout.
Wifi in the unit is steady and pretty reliable.
The pool area: Infinity pool is a great bonus. You can bring drinks down as long as its not in a glass container.
Smaller gym with only one of each machine. As long as no one else is in there, it’s fine.
Cons:
The hot water in the condo is set up as an “on demand” as opposed to a hot water tank. When you turn the water on, you have to wait about 30-40 seconds for the water to warm up. It is hard to find a warm temperature. It is either cold or scalding hot. Unfortunate.
Wifi: Depending on where you are sitting at the pool it is intermittent. In the gym it is non-existent.
Check in: They have a front desk where you check in. They have a security person manning it. They only speak Spanish so it made it a bit challenging to check in. We were able to muddle through with some Google translate.
Overall, we would recommend staying in this unit
