This charming and authentic Mexican casa is located just ½ block from the beach in the heart of Bucerías — a warm and welcoming town only 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and the PVR airport. Bucerías offers incredible dining, including Mexican, Italian, French, seafood, American, and Asian cuisine. If you love food, you will not be disappointed!

About Casa Tiki

Casa Tiki is a newer-construction home just ½ block (50+ metres) from the ocean, offering partial ocean views and refreshing breezes from the second-floor palapas.

The home is filled with authentic Mexican charm — warm terracotta floors, stucco walls, a fully tiled Mexican kitchen, and colorful tiled bathrooms. Outside, you can relax in your private pool, enjoy the loungers, or dine poolside in the shaded seating area.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):

Primary Bedroom: King bed + ensuite 3-piece bathroom
Guest Bedroom: 1 queen + 2 singles (can be converted into a king) + ensuite 3-piece bathroom
Living Room: Pullout couch
Second Floor: Additional 3-piece bathroom

Casa Tiki was designed with comfort and ease of living in mind. Along with the bedrooms, the home offers five inviting lounging areas:
Palapa #1: Comfortable chairs and a table — perfect for morning coffee.
Palapa #2: A seating area with couches for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breezes.

Second-Level Daybed: A cozy daybed under the palapa for reading, resting, or listening to the waves.
Living Room: Couch, TV, and two sitting chairs for indoor comfort.
Poolside: Dining table and two loungers for sunbathing or outdoor meals.
You can walk to the beach in minutes, relax under the palapas, float in the pool, or enjoy an evening BBQ.

A taxi stand is located just 2–3 minutes away, offering easy transportation to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho, La Cruz, and Punta Mita.

Guest Experience

Our property manager will meet you at the house to welcome you and show you around. Twice-weekly maid service is included. We are always available by text, phone, or email if you need anything during your stay.
