This is unit #3 of a three story building we constructed in 2017. It has a 2 bedroom apartment and a small studio unit on the first floor, two 1 bedroom apartments on the second floor, two 1 bedroom apartments on the third floor, and a large roof top patio.

This listing is for Apartment #3 which is on the second floor and Northwest side of the building.

The building is on the same property as Casa Cúpula which is also listed on VRBO.

The building is traditional Mexican style with Satillo tile floors and smooth stucco walls.

The apartments have a dumbwaiter to transport your luggage, water, food, etc from the ground floor to your apartment floor.

The entry to the yard area is off of the concrete path which parallels the dry river bed.

We live nearby in Nuevo Vallarta and are available if the need arises.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Limited housekeeping is available.
