"Therz A Cub is a one bed, one bath studio style log cabin rental conveniently located just one mile outside of Bryson City. Come and enjoy the beauty of the mountains, take a stroll through downtown, ride the train through the Smokies, take a hike on the trails at Deep Creek with viewing beautiful waterfalls, enjoy a bit of fishing, or have a fun time tubing or swimming in the crystal clear waters - all of this is simply minutes from this cabin. If you're interested in touring the Cherokee Indian Reservation, visiting Harrah's Cherokee Casino, or taking a leisurely ride on Great Smoky Mountain National Park this is only about a 10-15 minute drive. If you're interested in a little more heart pounding adventure, take a 20 minute ride to the Nantahala River Gorge for world class whitewater rafting, kayaking, & zip line canopy tours. This really is your ideal spot for all our area has to offer.

Therz A Cub has just been completely renovated and is the perfect mixture of rustic and modern. With hardwood floors, tongue and groove throughout, a brand new fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and modern furniture this little cabin is the perfect spot for a mountain getaway for two. Come enjoy a nice quiet night on your private back porch with views, take a relaxing dip in the hot tub, or enjoy the charcoal grill & picnic table for a little outdoor dining. Inside you can relax in your king-sized bed, curl up on the comfy leather couch and stream on the smart flatscreen TV, or simply relax by the gas log fireplace. This mountain retreat will be just what you need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated! "

Great little cabin for a short stay in Bryson City

It's a small property perfect for a couple. It is a studio, and the only thing that was negative is that there's a high window with no covering and light streams in early in the morning. If you're an early riser, it'll be perfect, but if you're trying to sleep in, you'd definitely prefer to have some way to pull a curtain or something. But I realize that would be a challenge as it's near the top of ceiling. The hot tub was lovely and the views from the deck are surely lovely in the warmer months when things are green. The drive up is somewhat steep, but it's paved, and we didn't have any trouble. It's also super convenient to nearby trails and the city despite being quite secluded. It was a great place for us and our pup to explore the area.
