It would be very difficult to pick out something that stood out on this stay. Everything at this house is top notch. It’s super clean and well maintained. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of dishes and anything you might need is there. All the furniture is very nice. The large dining table is an interesting piece of furniture, as in “They just don’t make things like they used to.” The family room is suitable for a big group. The beds are super comfortable and there are plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. We were here for TAMU graduation, and it was a quick drive to Reed Arena. Also close to a nice HEB. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, and four cars can be parked in the driveway. I could go on and on. The owner is super friendly and has detailed, easy-to-understand instructions. Even the Wi-Fi connection is good! Don’t hesitate to book this house. Two thumbs up!!

Graduation Texas A&M

Kris was great and quick to respond with any questions. The home was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot and we loved sitting outside to enjoy coffee and watch the birds and squirrels. We were welcomed with some snacks and beverage which was a nice treat. Location was great for us. Close enough to everything but still very peaceful and quiet.

Great

The stay was awesome. Communication was great as the owner continued to check on us. She allowed us to check in a bit earlier and gave us the liberty to leave as we pleased on check out day. Home was older in some respect but owner has added decor and updates to make things better. The location is great especially near the golf course area.

Wonderful location for Family visit

We truly enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate Thanksgiving with our Aggie grandson who is a freshman this year. It was a busy and fun weekend playing TU even though the Aggies lost. The living area is very comfortable and we had plenty of room to watch the game on a large flatscreen. The dining area was great and we played cards with the grandchildren. There is an outside seating area with a view of the golf course. When the weather was good, we enjoyed sitting outside. The host was very thoughtful and replaced the double ovens because she knew we were eating our Thanksgiving meal at the house and one of the ovens was not working property. We would certainly stay here again in the future!

Easy to get to (especially coming in from Dallas area) and comfortable stay. Kristine was very prompt with responses. Home is older, but very comfortable for our family for the game weekend!

Amazing for staging a Wedding!!

My daughter just got married this last weekend. My parents, daughters, and their spouses all stayed with us at this home. It was beautifully maintained and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She was far more helpful and accommodating than I would have ever dreamed. The location is perfect. Everything you would need is nearby, and downtown Bryan is also very close. I could not have asked for a better or easier place to stay during such a busy and exciting time.

We didn't want to leave!

This home is by far the best place our family has ever stayed in for a football weekend. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for more. The home is situated on a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is exactly as described in the listing. Our grandkids had plenty of room in the backyard to throw the football and there are several outdoor chairs. You can watch golfers during the day or wildlife at night. The family room is huge and so is the TV. It’s perfect for big groups. The Wi-Fi connection is very reliable. There are various eating options and a Walmart in the area. We made several trips to the A&M campus and the drive was easy. The home is clean and orderly. You’ll find lots of dishtowels, comfy sheets, thick bath towels, soft throws and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked. Everything you might need is there. The washer and dryer are located near the kitchen and work nicely. We all decided that we wanted to come back on a non-football weekend so we could just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I could go on and on. Last, but not least, Kris is a super great host!

Great place for football weekend

The house worked very well for a group of 4 guys attending an A&M game for the weekend. Comfortable and clean. Large TV for watching more games. Kristine was very attentive and communication was easy.

This was a unique and comfortable place for the seven adults in our family to stay while in town for a memorial service. Kris, the host, was very friendly, easy to communicate with and responsive to our special needs.

Peaceful lodging!

Located on a quiet cul de sac, this property backs up to a golf course. The interior of the property was very clean. I particularly loved the fluffy white towels. Bed linens and mattresses allowed for great sleep. There is a large smart tv in the living room and plenty of places to sit. Very cool and comfortable inside on a hot and humid College Station weekend. Owner has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in each bathroom. The showers have good water pressure. In the kitchen, we found several varieties of coffee, water and drinks in the fridge, and even a few snacks. I purchased some creamers and sugars for our coffee. We didn’t really use the kitchen except for morning coffee. Nice washer and dryer. There was an ironing board and very nice iron. Yes, some of us still iron. Blankets and extra pillows in the hallway linen closet. I can’t imagine needing anything more. The owner is very personable and quick to respond to questions. Loved our stay at this College Station property.

WONDERFUL!

Some might look and see no upgrades... This house is immaculate and extremely comfortable! Kris is a wonderful host and communicates well about every detail and was the sweetest to leave fresh flowers on the table and a few special snacks for us when we stayed for our son's A&M graduation. Beds were comfortable! We would love to stay again!

2024 Aggie Graduation

Nice place for a family to stay. Large living room to gather and a great outdoor area also. Close to Texas A&M with easy access to Highway 6. Kris is the “Hostess with the mostest” providing fresh cut flowers, goodies, and some snacks and drinks. Highly recommend.

Great place for a group!

Had a great stay here with family & friends for Aggie ring dunk weekend. A great house for gatherings. The host was AWESOME - very informative and quick to respond with any questions/requests. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others!

Quiet neighborhood, easy access, excellent family home well cared for by attentive and responsive owner. Very well furnished and provisioned. Perfect setting for our reunion of good friends. No complaints from any of these Senior Citizens says it all.

Nice house on golf course

This was our second stay at this property and we couldn't have been happier. The owner has updated some of the features that were a little problematic last year (new water heater) and apparently has plans to continue improvements. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

We stayed for a football weekend. A beautiful older home, very clean with all amenities. The owner is very welcoming and communicative as well. Our family will definitely be returning for another time! Highly recommend!

Spacious home, abundant seating, beautiful neighborhood

My two toddlers, their grandparents, and I loved our stay here as we waited for my husband to finish the MS 150 bike ride. The home had ample bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our party. This home has so much seating, from the living room, to the dining table, to the wrap-around deck. The host provided a generous array of towels, soaps, sprays, bath mats, and more. She worked hard to make sure our stay was top notch. She was very responsive and helpful. My family is already asking when we can stay here again!

Ton of thanks to Kristin for making the scheduling work with lots of people in town for graduation. She went above and beyond there. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect as a crashpad for graduation weekend; don't let the eclectic look fool you, it's a great stay.

Nostalgic home

This house is incredibly spacious and clean. Kristine was very responsive and was helping with any questions constantly throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again. It is rare to find a good deal on a house with three bathrooms. The house is literally like it was in the 1970s. Which I thought was pretty cool.

Great house, fresh and welcoming.

Home owner left instructions on ‘how to’ that addressed any questions we may have had. In addition, homeowner e-mailed us several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and so were the bathrooms. The house was very roomy and comfortable. We would try to stay again should the occasion arise.
