“The hotel is spacious and well located, just a short walk from the train station. However, the facilities are in need of maintenance. The bathroom sink was blocked, and water leaked from the shower area during use. While the hotel appears stylish at first glance, key amenities are not well maintained. We also had to wait nearly 15 minutes before we could settle into the room.

Unfair hotel policy and management, I couldn’t come to the hotel for a reason not in my hand not my fault, there was air flight strike and no way to travel to reach the hotel, and they charge unfairly the whole amount and refused to give me a credit to rebook for another date.

I would recommend

Overall, I would recommend the hotel. Its location was great, right next door to the metro. Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and Bruxelles Palace and Museums are all walkable. There are also lots of shops and fast food on your doorstep. The hotel itself has a good gym and bar area. The room had a little fridge which was great for keeping my milk and water cool. If you don’t want your room made up each day you can hang a sign on your day and they give you a 5 euro voucher to spend in the bar/restaurant or donate to a local charity. I particularly liked this as I don’t like being disturbed by housekeeping when I’m on holiday. I gave mine to charity and had the added bonus of feeling good about myself for doing it. The only thing I would raise is the fact that my bathroom door didn’t shut. It had no mechanism within the door to allow it to remain closed which was strange. However, I didn’t raise it with reception so they had no chance to resolve it whilst we were there. I couldn’t be bothered to change rooms. But I’m assuming that housekeeping must have noticed before allocating us the room. Overall a great hotel and I would stay there again.
