Right in the center of town. Everything is near by . Property looks really nice. Would definitely use this property again

Great location, transportation, the metro 5 minutes walk. Many dining selections . Hotel is very nice, clean. Staff very helpful

Hotel is going through some renovations at time of check-in during Aug. Several lifts were unavailable but didn’t cause excessive waiting fortunately. Primary dining area was not available as floors were being worked on. Another area was designated but I did not experience the dining here during stay. Everyone was welcoming. Assigned room in 24th floor and lighting in corridors were so dark and dreary. Needs updates to LED higher Lumens bulbs for sure. Room was nice with separate bedroom and living room. Large table is nice with chairs for sit down eatting. Unfortunately, both the liquid hand wash and shower gel were empty. I don’t mean low but completely out. How does a 4 star hotel not replenish these fundamental items? I guarantee the guests before us had the same issue too so I removed the bottles from the holsters and placed on sink to give cleaning staff a reminder to fill so the next guests can use. Room wasn’t attended the 2nd night so I assumed this was due to limiting contact or perhaps just policy. Didn’t effect us as there was plenty of towels available for the 3 of us during stay. I believe this this hotel will come back to its high standards after all the renovations and repairs are completed. This hotel is very close to subway, shopping area, and North train station Bruxelles Nord. I would consider Thon again.

Dan Li from front desk and Jamie from housekeeping; they made our stay very pleasant. Location is very good, nice and clean hotel. Not pleased with the bar though. Overall I highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom.

The location is really convenient if you want to walk by downtown

The only downside to this hotel, was the parking with the Manhattan center. It was difficult to understand how to use their parking tickets, and it was overly expensive for my stay overnight.

Normally I wouldn’t comment on the construction of a facility, as this type of activity is usually rarely disruptive to guests; however, the construction at this hotel was the cause of several annoyances during our stay. Each morning we woke up to loud jackhammering and the building vibrating, as demolition was taking place on one area of the building. In addition, we ended up completely congested after our 5-night stay due to all of the excess dirt and dust that completely coated the room by the time we left. If you are planning to stay here, I would highly recommend requesting an allergy-free room to avoid inhaling who knows what. Aside from the construction, our room was tiny (which was expected) and did not look anything like the rooms advertised by the hotel. Their marketing materials display new, modern rooms with bright colors, but we did not see any rooms in our area of the building that resembled the photos. I assume the entire hotel is going through some sort of a renovation—after it is complete, I can assure you this place will be great! Until the dust settles, the most refreshing part of the stay is the welcoming and friendly staff, along with the breakfast buffet!

Wonderful view of the city. Walking distance to restaurants and main square. Clean and spacious.

Dear Sterling, Thank you for your valuable review. We are glad that you had a pleasant stay at Thon Brussels City Centre. Regarding the parking, as you already have noticed the hotel does not have its own parking. We have a partnership with a parking operator and the parking is at the back of the Hotel. There is direct access from the parking to the hotel by taking the elevator to floor 1. Our front office team is always at your service to answer any of your queries to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We are happy that the rest of the facilities were to your satisfaction. We look forward to welcoming you again. Best wishes, Bijou Senhadji, P.A. to the G.M., Frank Hoonings
