The check in was great. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and informative. The hotel is nice. Only problem was that the elevator was broken, but other than that, it was a good hotel to stay at.

We enjoyed having a decent breakfast on the hotel premise. The hotel location is very near the train station. Uber is around Euro 15 to the station, don't take a regular taxi. I was charged Euro 45 from the station to the hotel, the driver said they have a standard rate. I used Uber when I returned to the station after checking out

Room was spacious and really clean. Toiletries were lovely and great if you haven’t brought your own. Location was excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but a 10 min walk away from busier areas. The we encountered were fine, but one lady was clearly training so things were a lot slower. Would have been nice to have the tea and coffee restocked on our second day but we went to reception and they were happy to provide us with extra.
