Only issue was finding the entry point n a very busy street. Once that was accomplished our stay was great. Staff is courteous and facilities very clean. Parking was adjacent and easy.

Very satisfied

We liked everything about the hotel but it's worth calling out a few items specifically: most comfortable beds and pillows anywhere, beautiful lighting all around, super quiet and fast elevators with padding to absorb the sound, genuinely friendly and caring staff staff, a lively hotel bar, a very clean and functional fitness center.

We liked the hotel a lot. Everything was excellent except one concern or negative impression. Only concern is that we saw many guests staying in the hotel were not wearing at all or not wearing in a proper way. A man walked in a small elevator without a mask. Hotel employees were wearing masks but some people were not wearing properly…

Very good location, nice place. Professional staff

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, great staff, attentive, quick to respond. Excellent location near metro and tram...lots of shopping

Nice hotel in a good location. The outdoor terrace area is very nice for a drink or a small bite. I was there during a quiet weekend (Sunday) so there isn't a lot to do in Brussels. The room was clean and spacious.

As from the last few times staying at a Sofitel, the service was exceptional from the front counter to the staff in the lounge and especially the kitchen. Staff went above and beyond are every question and need. Rooms tidy, food was good. This Sofitel is walking distance from many chocolate shops, waffle buses (usually on the corners in the afternoon) and Grand Place. Take train from...to Le Louise.

Only one night, but such a lovely room and hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only reason it wasn't a full 5-stars is just a few tiny nitpicks - the tv channel selection wasn't great, wifi was not free, and the bed was comfortable, but not as comfortable as my previous hotel in Bruges. Oh, and they did forget to give me the early wakeup call I requested, but I had an alarm set anyway. Really not major issues. I'd give a 4.5/5 if I could.

Great location if you like to shop, right in the heart of the shopping district. The Sofitel rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable after along day out touring around you look forward to getting into the bed. If you like to workout, forget it, the gym is by no means state of art, almost bare a few machines I would rather watch wet paint dry then use that gym. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel restaurant is expensive and just okay. I would stay here again and again because of the clean rooms, great beds and very good location to subways and trains.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel and had high expectations. It is newly and stylishly renovated with funky acoustic music piped through the lobby and bar. You feel that you are someplace special and different but there is a real side to the appearance of luxury. Generally, the desk is staffed by very efficient looking and well groomed young people. It is clear that they are programmed to provide good service but there is not much warmth. I requested an extra cot for my room three times - each time the person at the desk said "yes, no problem" and it was finally brought just past midnight on the night we needed it. A friendly and slightly flustered young woman brought the cot to my room and we discovered that it would not fit so we tilted it sideways and carried it in. Strangely, the mattress was tied to the frame with the belts of several bath robes. The first night that I arrived I found all the lights in the room blazing and music playing on the radio (turn down service). When I wanted to go to bed I was unable to turn off the hall light and could only switch it off with the main switch near the front door. This meant that I could not read myself to sleep but had to get up and shut off the main switch to turn out the lights (remember the days when there was no remote control on the tv!?). The next day I told the front desk and they said that it would be fixed but it was not. It was finally fixed on the last day of my stay after I called again. One night my friends and I went to the bar thinking that we would have a drink or some dessert. We suffered sticker shock and decided to leave. It is very pricy. The Hagen Daaz around the corner was an adequate alternative. Eggs are not served at the breakfast buffet, one must request them. On the second morning I requested eggs and they never came. On the last morning they came but the boiled egg was almost raw and inedible. All in all, these things probably would not matter to me or a normal customer if the price were lower and if the hotel did not aspire to be a "luxury" hotel. They probably also would not have mattered if someone at the desk were more of a real person than a polite, programmed automaton. I would have preferred a real response rather than a "yes, of course" every time. Nice hotel but there was a real world side to the "luxury".
