The staff were all helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. One even recognised me when out in the city and took the time to speak.

Wouldn't recommend it.

The place was not the cleanest. My first room smelled like urine. I had my camera stolen from the luggage room that I was told only staff were allowed in. It is apparently open to anyone that walks in (which in that case no one would ever leave their stuff in there) but they have offered no resolution. They said they would email me over the issue and never did. If anyone higher up reads this please email me back, it wasn't a cheap camera, and I was assured it would be safe with staff.

Cheap hotel close to Midi Station

Good place to stay for a night or two. Some drawbacks: the hotel does not provide any towels or soap; you have to bring your own. Also, in the form rooms, the fan works only when the light is on, which is a bother on summer nights. Friendly staff. The hotel also has a kitchen, which is convenient

Awesome staff, a little dirty but price is great!

People reviews that the area is dangerous but its not. Its a middle eastern area and people are out and drinking tea and smoking. No different than any other minority area. But super close to other areas and really affordable. The staff were great super nice and helpful. A the place was a little run down and could be cleaner but its a mix hotel/hostel. Again couldnt beat the price/location to things. We would stay there again but just need to plan better. Fyi not handicap accessible so if you have issues with walking and going up stairs probably not a good idea. Other than that it did what we needed, sleep overnight to get to the train the next day. Kudos to the kind and awesome staff. They makeup for anything missing there.

There's no hair dryer to borrow. No shower gel. It's 20 minutes walk to city center. No elevator to 5th floor. Stairways are steep, small steps and dangerous. Lobby is big and nice but can't do much about it.

I do not recommend anyone to stay here. I woke up with bed bug bites the next day. Clearly they're not a clean place which you can tell as soon as you go up the stairs. I regret staying there and should have left as soon as I noticed. Didn't think they had bed bugs though. If anyone sees this - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Great value for price close to Midi Station

The rooms were clean and a toilet and shower was present in the room (was 6 bed dorm). The location is extremely close to the Midi train station for all long distance trains and the center is in close walking distance. Staff was very friendly and the Wifi worked very well. Recommended if you need a cheap place to stay.

Staff was fine. Room was fine. Did nit nit have an elevator. That was terrible. Neighborhood looked a bit unsafe. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Would recommend.

Dangerous HOSTEL next to noisy freeway

The staff hardly spoke English The bed was hard as a rock I had to put sheets on my own bed One of the staff members tried to fight me for being American The shower had hot water but no towers or shampoo My roommate tried to drug my drink There is no elevator The lights only turn on sometimes My sheets had blood stains on them Basically if you have a death wish book this hotel if not avoid at all costs!

While the hotel is near the train station, it is also in a neighbourhood which seems very unsafe at night. The room itself is not clean enough. The carpets are very dirty. The female receptionist is also not that helpful and seems bored.

Good Location, but small shared bath room. The design of main electricity power (by card) inside room is quite strange because it's not possible to turn on lights in shared bath room without main electricity power (by card), which may affect others if they turn on their head lights

Clean; close to South Station.

Very close to South Station on BOULEVARD du Medi, not on RUE du Medi as was shown on Google maps, and hence NOT close to the Manneken Pis. Open and accommodating foyer with helpful reception. The hotels single/doubble-rooms all seemed to be located on 2nd and 3rd floor - clean, quiet room, small clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Only negative was the narrow and steep staircase to get there.

Good one

The Stuff were very friendly and helpful, It was only on my arrival when i felt a bit neglected But , i got over that and really enjoyed my stay there. If only there can be an escalator going up because those stairs are too much especially if you are tired with a big baggage. Its location is a nice walking distance from the central, i mean its only 15 . Cant complain about that, also because its closer to Midi station. What i liked the most is the cleanliness of the room, it was so clean, but small, and also i loved the private bathroom
