Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. About 5-10 min walk to Grand Place and 1 minute walk to a metro station. However, hotel in desperate need of a refurb. Shower fixings broken, no kettle/cups or bedside tables in room. Felt very basic. Also, we had a room at front of hotel and it is very noisy until early hours of the morning. Would not stay again. Sorry.

Good Things: Location, walking distance from city center, and cleanliness However: The room is really small, during the night there is a lot of noise from the street, the shower is uncomfortable, there is no closet, neither AC (in summer is really hot).
