Room was lovely and clean. Spacious enough for a one night stay. Great location for a Christmas market trip and helpful staff gave us an extra pillow on request. Only complaints would be the daft trend of frosted shower doors. What is the purpose? It's ok if you're there with a partner but with a friend or family member it is a bit weird. And also, the lift doors close so quickly and don't always sense a person as they should. It was funnny when it happened to my mum but anyone travelling with little ones needs to be careful and keep that in mind. Overall great value hotel and would stay again.

Had to pay extra 20 euros to check in early and extra tax fees on arrival. Room service was nor provided over my 2 days stay, towels were not topped up and dustbin was not changed, asked at reception if it would be changed they said no, which was disappointing. Also, iron and hairdryer were given for only 2 hours, which was not ideal.

Nice staff, clean room, comfy bed. This was a small room with the basics but still comfortable. Better fit for those traveling light, with small suitcase or backpack since there is not much space in the room. As a woman traveling by myself, I would avoid Winter because of the location and less daylight.
