Very good location for shopping in the Louise station area. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests for help when the heater needed repair. Highly recommended

The room had Kitchenette which was very helpful for me and my family

Good location easy to find, the room was very small, staff was too busy to assist guests!

The beds were fantastic, the location extremely convenient, the little kitchen helped us eat economically and healthy! There is road noise but I still slept well. A very short walk to Metro Louise, and all the shopping you could want in the area. I liked it.

This hotel is in a good location 10 min walk from Brussels Midi station. Basic grocery store around the corner in the same building. The hotel has a small kitchen with fridge, microwave ,dishwasher and basic plates and dishes. I f you can prepare your meal this can be a very good place for you.The room is a good size, carpet needs a change. I will stay in this place when I am next time there.

very convenient location and price. nothing fancy, but all what you need for a short stay. very close to the metro.

Hotel is in a good location, very close to the Metro.Check in time is 3pm. Room wasn't ready until 3:20.They couldn't find my reservation, which took about another 20 minutes on the computer. Apparently I was in a "studio room", which does not include housekeeping. [...]. So I either had to go get my own clean towels, or pay an addition 6 Euros per day to have someone bring them to me.The television didn't work. They brought me a new remote, which didn't fix the problem.Booked a cab to the airport through the front desk, because they had a big sign there that said "Airport Taxi: 35 Euros". When I got to the Airport, the cab driver tried to charge me 55 Euros, saying the hotel never told him about the 35 Euro rate. This involved more time calling the hotel to verify, and a very angry cab driver who now said he would have to come up with the difference out of his pocket. All in all, a rather disappointing experience. I would not stay there again. And to whomever runs this online survey, why are all items on the satisfaction surey required? I didn't take advantage of any hotel dining options, yet are required to rate them. We should be able to leave things blank on which we have no knowledge, or at least a place to indicate we didn't use these services.

Clean room at modest price. Kitchenette was handy. Computer hook-up available in room and wifi in lobby/business center. Very conveniently located for Metro (subway). Would choose to stay again if traveling to Brussels as couple or single.

Nice hotel for Brussels, reasonably priced. The service was excellent, the front desk gave us excellent directions around town and all of the staff which I spoke with were fluent in English. The room was nice and clean. A friend and I shared a room with two sofa beds. Comfortable beds, twin size. The room was very large by European standards. The hotel was on the edge of a nicer area of Brussels. It was located within a minute or two of a grocery store, several restaurants, shops, and the metro.

Given the excellent location, the hotel was a great value for the price. Located in the high end shopping district right outside the Metro station Louise and easy to walk (15 min) to Grand Place. I will stay here from now on. Bed being a pull out couch was the only drawback.. but very acceptable.
