The bathroom was very dirty, full of black mould, even after requesting to clean it properly still lots of black mould was all around the bathroom, worst experience & feel like I will never go back to Brussel for that reason.

noisy bed

when a bed makes noise every time I turn, I do not think this belong to a 4 star hotel. Room is small and bit outdated. plain beige wall paper just make the room look boring and sad. however location is good, right next to grand place and bars.

The room was clean, but small for the price. The AC did not work very well and you can hear most of the hotel activity from your room. It was fine to stay for the night, but I have had better stays elsewhere in Brussels.

Good location - within walking distance of Grand Place. The room was very cold and they had to bring up a space heater. It was small, but moset European hotels are. It was one of the few places that had accommodations for three people. They served a complimentary tea every day that was very nice.
