Really nice hotel with good central location. The cafe underneath can’t be heard, and it’s great food. The only downside was that there is no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo and body-wash.

A very centrally located hotel and easy 4 minute walk to Brussels Central railway station. Also the same distance to a supermarket. The cafe downstairs was good and handy.

Excellent location, with the hotel being situated above a busy cafe I was concerned at the noise levels. But we couldn’t hear anything once past the cafe( as the lifts were at the rear of the property) once in the room no noise was found. Excellent property and any issues you’d have the staff are very welcoming and want to correct any issues. For the price we paid for the 4 nights of stay here again instantly.

I was deeply impressed by the Aris Grand-Place. The location was ideal, close to major transportation hubs as well as an active square. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming during my stay and I was deeply impressed by their level of service and friendliness. When I return to Brussels I intend to stay again at this hotel.

NO parking nearby!

Only one thing that we hated was that we didn't have any parking information prior to our arrival and it was on a Saturday evening with CRAZY crowd all over. We had to drive all the way to the hotel assuming that they had parking for us nearby. Then we found out that we were fully responsible to find out own parking site which we had to drive all over trying to get through people, bikers,and others out of the hotel. We ended up paying 50 dollars per day one mile away from the hotel. The hotel stay itself was awesome!

Not recommended, 0 sound proof!!!

Location is really good, takes only 5 minutes to walk to the central station. Reception guy called Thomas is nice. They are using Rituals products for shower and shampoo, but using soap instead of hand wash which is not nice. As a gold member should receive some perks for booking this VIP access hotel, literally got NOTHING. No upgrade, no beverages, there is only ONE small bottle of water in the TWIN room. I asked about the perks during check in but the receptionist said please provide evidence?!?! The most disappointing thing is there is NO soundproofing in this hotel. Construction works noises starting at 7am each morning and I believe the window is single glazed, it’s like banging next to your ears. You can hear your neighbors banging the door in the shower and your sleep. And of course you can hear from the people and vehicles noise on the road. The hair dryer is located in the bathroom so you can’t move it, and you have to KEEP pressing the button to makes it work, which is not user friendly. Check out time is 11am but DON’T TRUST IT, cleaners will knock on your door at 9:30 and 10:40am to wake you up and urge you to leave the room, even you placed the “do not disturb” sign outside. What a joke. Shower pressure is fine but the water temperature is quite unstable. Sometimes too hot or too cold. Room is dark. Carpet in the room looks old. AC is noisy and not working properly. Quite disappointed stay honestly for this price.

My only complaint is that the air conditioner in my room did not work, so it was a kind of warm. I loved that they have the cafe on the ground floor and very close to the grand place
