The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a smart TV with streaming services. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation.
The property boasts an excellent location on Plan de Corones /Kronplatz on 2200m above sea level, be the first on the slopes in the morning! In addition, there is a supermarket at the valley station of Percha/Perca.
In summer, the property can be reached by SUV or cable car. In winter, exclusively by cable car (please note that no arrival is possible after 4.30 pm).
