Modern, beautiful villa "Athos", 2 storeys, built in 2020. In the hamlet Karigador 4 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: property 550 m2 (fenced), lawn 300 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, arbour (16 m2), pergola (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, hot tub, roof terrace, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Airport transfer (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, café 100 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach, rocky beach 200 m. Children's playground 100 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Swimming pool with hydromassage. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Hot tub for 5 persons, garden furniture are situated on the roof terrace (80 m2, exterior staircase).
