Serene Glamping Cabin with Luxury Bedding Near Finger Lakes in Ithaca, New York

This luxury glamping cabin on beautiful farm in the Finger Lakes region, upstate NY. We are just 15 minutes from Ithaca NY. This well appointed cabin is a spacious 10×16 with a sweet little porch. Your bed is premium! The bedding is luxurious with bamboo sheets and silk pillow cases! You have a coffee pot in your cabin with the farms finest coffee blend roasted for us by Copper Horse Coffee company! There are no toilets inside glamps. There is a charming outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet a few steps away, and two beautiful bathrooms with showers located in our Great Hall building by the natural pond. *The Nest isn't insulated and during the colder seasons, it can get chilly. This is a seasonal cabin, so please prepare for the weather accordingly. For our guests comfort and well being, we provide electric blankets and all beds are required to be made with the mattress protectors provided!



Pets are welcome! If you plan to bring more than one pet, please let us know in advance. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all.

Our pet fees are 35.00 per night per pet. We are willing to negotiate the pet fee's for longer term (4+ days) stays.





Additionally we have a few rules you need to know about before deciding to bring them with you:



#1- They must be on leash at all times when here on the farm.



#2-They are required to be, well behaved, kid friendly and other dog friendly.



#3-They may not be barking constantly day and night, and may not be left at the farm while you are sight seeing or they need to be crated.



#4-Their lawn (yard) poops need to be immediately scooped up and disposed of by owners unless the dogs do their business in the nearby field which is provided for your convenience at our pet clean up stations!



#5-No dog swimming allowed in the lined ponds on the property.



#6- Pets must be up to date with their vaccinations and be free of fleas.



#7- Pets that bite other dogs or humans or exhibit any aggressive behaviors are not welcome and if brought to the farm will be asked to leave with their owners without any refunds given.



There are over 200 wineries in the Finger Lakes Region and many are within an hours drive. The closest one to us is Six Mile Creek Vineyard about 5 miles away.



Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM. Please be courteous and respectful of other guests.

Kitchen stove, sink, counters pots, pans must be cleaned. Dishes must be cleaned dried and put away after each use before leaving the area!



****July 4th weekend- please take into consideration before booking!



There are fireworks (that can be heard) nearby at the neighbors homestead on July 4th. The display is not on our property. Our farm is located close enough that the fireworks are still loud.

Fellow travelers, and/or children traveling with you may get frightened during the 15 minute display.





Free check in is from 3PM to 9PM, if you are to arrive later that 9PM please be advised we will need to make special arrangements with staff and you will need to let us know before hand.



No early check ins or late check outs.



WiFi service can occasionally be impacted by weather, power outages, or provider-related issues that are outside of our control. While these situations are rare, we want guests to be aware and able to plan accordingly. Wifi works the strongest in the common areas.



Earplugs are provided in the studio for guests who prefer not to rise with the birds.



Any additional guests or visitors beyond the number included in your reservation must receive prior approval from the host. Approved extra guests or visitors will be charged $50.00 per person, per day/night, including children over 2 years of age.



The maximum occupancy of the rental may not be exceeded under any circumstances. Approval for additional guests does not override the maximum occupancy limit. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in additional charges and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.



Natural Pond & Safety:

Guests are welcome to relax and lounge by the pond area and feed the koi fish. Swimming is reserved for our family only and is not permitted for rental guests.
