Pet-Friendly Lakeside Retreat
We love welcoming furry family members! Our home accommodates up to 2 dogs and includes pet-friendly amenities. There's plenty of space for them to explore and enjoy. A small $75 pet fee per pet helps us maintain a clean and comfortable stay for everyone.

Safety Notice – Steep Cliff Behind the Home
For your safety, please do not cross the fenced area behind the house. The cliff is steep and dangerous.

Outdoor Firepit Guidelines
- Guests are welcome to use the firepit!
- Firewood is not provided, but you may bring your own or use any leftover wood from previous guests.
- Always fully extinguish fires before leaving or going to bed.
- The firepit must remain in its designated area.
- Fire Bans: During dry periods, local authorities may issue a burn ban. If this occurs, we will notify you, and fires will not be permitted until the ban is lifted.

Nature & Wildlife Notice
Our home is surrounded by nature, so you may encounter birds, deer, and small critters. While we have regular pest control, occasional bugs (mosquitoes, ants, spiders) are part of the outdoor experience. To keep your stay comfortable:
Keep doors/windows closed to prevent insects from entering.
Store food properly and take out the trash to deter pests.
Be mindful when walking in grassy or wooded areas.

Your Health & Safety is Our Priority
Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay. We use premium cleaning products, focusing on high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, and countertops. Linens and towels are sanitized on high heat to ensure a fresh, safe environment.

Rental Agreement: As noted, all bookings require a simple digital rental agreement to be signed within 48 hours of your reservation to finalize your stay.

Welcome! We love sharing our home with great guests like you. To keep things running smoothly (and to stay friends with our neighbors , here are some simple guidelines. We promise we’re not strict—but we do care about keeping things nice for everyone!

Be a Good Human – Respect the House & Neighbors

Treat this home like it’s your own (unless you leave dishes in the sink at home… then treat it better ).

Be cool with our neighbors—no late-night karaoke battles or surprise drum solos.

If something breaks, let us know! We’re nice, we promise, and we’d rather fix it now than find out later.

Booking & Stay Requirements

Age: You must be 21+ to book.

Paperwork: A simple digital rental agreement must be signed before check-in.

Extended Stays: Staying over 28 days? Awesome! Just give us a heads-up for extra approval.

Pets & Smoking

Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $75 fee per pet. We love pups, but please clean up after them—even if they give you those sad puppy eyes.

Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. If you light up inside, the cleaning fee is $500 (it’s expensive to make a house stop smelling like an ashtray!).

Outdoor Smoking: Totally fine! Just be a hero and clean up your butts—don’t leave them on the deck or in the yard.

No Parties, But Have Fun!

We want you to have a blast, but this isn’t a frat house. No wild parties or extra "uninvited" guests.

Quiet-ish Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM. We get it, you’re on vacation! Just keep things chill so we don't get "the look" from our neighbors.

Parking (Don’t be that guest)

Park only in our spacious driveway.

No parking on the street, the lawn, or in neighbors' driveways. We want the neighbors to love us (and you!).

Firepit & Grill – Safe & Savory!

Firepit: Enjoy it, but never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish it before bed. (Observe local burn bans so we don't accidentally start a forest fire!).

Grill: Clean up after grilling—no one likes a greasy surprise. Turn off the propane and let it cool before covering.

WiFi & Tech Stuff

Do NOT unplug the WiFi: It runs through 3 Netgear routers so you can stream, work, and TikTok in peace. If it acts up, message us first!

Safety & Security

Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras at the entrance/parking area for insurance.

Privacy: The back deck camera is OFF during your stay. We have zero cameras inside because, frankly, we’re probably just snoozing through our own Ring notifications anyway.

The "Same-Day Flip" & Check-Out

Timing: Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

The Reality: Because this house sleeps 14, our cleaning crew has a massive job to do to get it ready for the next guests. They are like a pit crew, and they need every minute!

Unauthorized Late Check-Out: If you stay past 11:00 AM without asking, it costs $100 per hour.

Flexibility: Need an extra hour or an early arrival? Just ask! If our calendar is open, we are usually happy to hook you up for free—it’s all about availability!

The "Serious Stuff" Fees

Excessive Cleaning: If the home is left in a state that requires a "deep scrub" (glitter, extreme kitchen messes, etc.), a $250 fee applies.

Damage: Report it and we’ll work with you. Hide it, and we’ll have to bill you the full repair cost + labor.
