Great for large families

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Angels Landing. It was great to be able to spread out and play pool, shuffleboard and cornhole. We had 17 in our group and I’m glad we brought an extra table that we set up in the living room so everyone could eat together. The kitchen had basic supplies, but if your group likes to cook like we do, bring extra bowls with lids, knives, dish towels, etc. We wish we had brought a baby gate for the staircase. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. All the king size bedrooms are on the main floor and the bunk room is on the lower level along with the game room. It was a nice setup for our multigenerational family. Communication with the management company was quick and responsive.

Perfect Week

The stay was awesome. We could have stayed in the VRBO all day everyday for a week. The area is beautiful which did pull us out of the house from time to time but between the two hot tubs, pool table, shuffle board and the fire pits we had a perfect time!

Birthday weekend

We had such a wonderful stay at Angel's Landing during my daughter's 13th birthday weekend with her friends. The gameroom was awesome because the kids were entertained the whole weekend, despite the pouring rain.

Not Great (especially for the $$$)

We spent over $6000 for 4 nights and this was not worth it. On arrival the code didn’t work. They had to buzz us in. Cushions outside were disgusting to the point we wouldn’t sit on them. Stained, bird poop ect. Table was old and dirty. Creek is nowhere near the house and barely visible. Hidden behind a massive dead tree right next to the patio. It is so steep in front and back, not fit for small kids. We got this house so they could play in the creek and we didn’t even have access. Kitchen had the smallest cutting board. How do you cook for the 26 this house holds with a board as big as our hand? Dishwasher didn’t work. Cabinet fell off when we were looking for bowls. No cleaning spray to help us clean up the home. Internet barely worked to the point we had to call so we could get the TVs to stay connected and stream. Really disappointing for the price.

Wonderful location

We all really enjoyed our stay here, great for large groups. Paved roads up to the house, I'd estimate a quick 4 min drive off the main road in Hochatown. Gravel driveway is extremely steep leading down to the house so just be careful! Everything was clean and as expected.

Nice house needs some maintenance

Was hot in portions of the house, when we turned ac down upstairs restroom had leak from ac vent then multiple leaks in bunk bed room. Couldn’t use oven smoked up house. No baby gates to block stairs for our toddlers. Also, was not any kitchen rags and very minimal towels for our big group. I was unable to contact anyone about issues.

Angel's Landing

We absolutely loved the cabin! Everything was great! Only complaints would be the driveway and the temperature of the upstairs part of the house in the evening. It was really hard to cool it down.

Completely disappointed

We come to Broken Bow a couple of times a year and I have never been so disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of a property. We came on Thanksgiving weekend and paid more than we have ever during Thanksgiving and expectations were not even close to being met. Here are a few examples of what needs to be repaired on the property: bedroom rugs had visible stains all over, shower handles broken, kitchen cabinets need to be repainted, fridge has missing shelves on door, shuffleboard frame falls off, pool sticks (only 2 you could play with), some sheets had holes in them! I will never stay here again, never recommend this property and for the amount of money we spent we were all appalled at the condition of this property. They are cosmetic things that make a big difference. Invest money in your property so it deserves the amount of money you are requesting!

Beautiful views and cabin!

The cabin was gorgeous! Exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately it was raining the entirety of our stay BUT, the views, the porch and the game room kept our group entertained! The rooms, the views, everything was beautiful! I also love that we mentioned this was a church group retreat and they happened to include a wooden cross at the front door, which I thought was such a sweet gesture. It was a little trickey to find the cabin since we happened to arrive at night time during the rain but the instructions were helpful. Beautiful cabin!

Yearly Family Getaway

Angels Landing has been the best experience for us so far! The cabin has plenty of space for big families! The area around the cabin is peaceful and the view off the deck is unforgettable! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing Time!

We had everything we needed and more for our stay. We had such a great time, with hot tubs, game room, and just very spacious overall was perfect for our large group. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent property!

We LOVED our stayed! Everything was perfect. The downstairs was “the bomb” according to our kids and nephews ages 6-13. So much to do! We loved watching a rain storm on the top deck, the kitchen was so fun to cook in and everyone complimented how comfortable the beds are. We will definitely be back!

Presidents Weekend Getaway!

We went as 4 families and the house / property was perfect! The downstairs area with bunk beds and 2 hot tubs and games galore was great for all our kids! Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Broken Bow!
