The cabin was a good stay! I never found the thermostat so some mornings were cold. I do believe the couch could be updated and bigger for something more comfortable for the position of the television. The beds which looks nice and clean could have been more comfortable as well. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely love the Desparado. Rustic and luxury come together here. Our second stay and it did not disappoint. Close enough to everything you may want to do from Birding to the Water and everything in between. The use of reclaimed decor makes this cabin a standout inside and out!

Great cabin!

Cabin was clean, most we have stayed in have cobwebs in the corners, baseboards, etc. Air was cold, shower was hot with good pressure and bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the cabin. Although there are 4 visible neighbors, the hot tub was private. Gave the neighborhood 4 stars only because some of the people were so loud, hooping and hollering which is at no control of the cabin owners.

Quaint little rustic cottage

It’s was perfect for us. Not a lot of climbing up hills or down hills. Everything was close to the cabin. There was a loose railing to the left of the grill up in the front of the cabin. Other than that amenities were nice.
