On the adjacent side of the fireplace is a spacious kitchen with roof windows and a lovely dining area that is situated next to a large picture window with a table and chairs that can seat up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has been tastefully fitted with high quality, contemporary sleek grey units, topped with marble surfaces and benefits from a unique kitchen island and an American fridge freezer. There is also a separate utility room that contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Two of the guest bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, Bedroom One offers an inviting retreat, with its exposed beams, natural stone fireplace and stunning 6 Foot, Super-King bed which provides the perfect place to stretch out and relax whilst enjoying the lovely views over the garden. This bedroom also has a contemporary en-suite bathroom which contains a bath with shower over, basin and toilet, large fluffy towels are also provided for guests. Bedroom Two is light and airy and also benefits from exposed beams, there is a comfortable king-sized bed that has been dressed in crisp white linen, whilst touches of soft beige and grey fabrics add a sense of calm and relaxation.
