Beautiful Period Home set over three floors, in the centre of Broadstairs. 10 minutes walk from the train station (with direct links to London) and 5 minutes to the beaches. Wide selection of bars and restaurants on the door step with Margate and Ramsgate only a few miles away. The house has plenty of space, including a stunning open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen and separate snug. There is a lovely secluded garden at the rear - perfect for the little ones.
The house has a huge open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen on the ground floor, with a separate snug/TV lounge plus a WC. On the first floor is a family bathroom, kids room with single beds (plus pull out toddler trundle beds), the master bedroom. plus a further double bedroom.
On the second floor there is a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom plus a generous shower room.
Please note the house is suited to a maximum of 8 adults plus 4 children. If your party is more than 8 adults, please contact us before booking, so we can make sure the property is suitable.
The secluded rear garden has a patio area with garden lounge furniture, a gas BBQ, trampoline, with the rest laid to lawn.
Guests will have full exclusive access to the whole house, excluding the linen store on the 1st floor, and an attic space and the garage.
