Not Bad for the Price

The reception closes and you need a code to get into the hotel after a certain hour. No one told me this or gave me a code at check in. I had to hang around for another guest to let me in. They are extremely nice, but there seem to be a lot of loose ends that could be tightened up. Then again, at this price you have to expect some hiccups.

Excellent value for money at only €50 per night. Room was clean and comfortable and a generous continental breakfast. Very close to the SNCF station also. I thought it might be noisy but apart from some locals celebrating their rugby team winning a big game was quiet .

I liked the face it is right across the street from the train station. Next door was our car rental. How could that have been better. Receptionist didn't speak English and my French is not great but it didn't matter, and check in easy

Overnight stop

Stopped off overnight En route from Caen to carcassonne. Have stayed here before and came back as it's a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is excellent. Food excellent and value for money. Will be back again

Our room was extremely small with an even smaller en suite "conversion" which had steps and a sliding partition. Completly unsuitable for us over 70's.

Great value for family stop over

If you want an hotel in the city centre with full 5* facilities then this isn't for you! If you want a good value, overnight stop-over (all be it on the outskirts of the city) then this is a very good option. Clean & tidy; Cheap & cheerful - what more would you want from an over-night, stop-over stay?

Passable pour une nuit, chambre propre mais à rénover, non insonorisée et mauvaise odeur. Prise électrique qui fonctionnait à moitié. Lumière du couloir très puissante qui passait sous la porte d’entrée de la chambre même en pleine nuit. Petit déjeuner cher et horaires tardives (le week-end du moins, non compatibles avec la prise de notre train). Rapport qualité prix laissant à désirer.
