This place is very cozy, comfortable and cute. Located on a quiet street and very close to the Hard Rock Casino. Also very close to lots of shopping and eateries. Well maintained and clean. Decor is welcoming. Thank you so much!! Recommended.

Cute House

This house was just what we needed for our short trip. Be prepared, there is no stove so you can't really cook, so be prepared to eat out. Also I recommend moving the rugs out of the bathroom, they are extremely slick and I almost fell multiple times because of them. I finally took them out of the bathroom completely to avoid hurting myself. My only other complaint is the curtains were extremely see through so sleeping in was NOT an option. Overall, I do recommend this place, and would rent it again.

Overall a great stay. The property was conveniently located. Beds were extremely comfy. The only con was the property was a bit dusty. Check in/out process was easy and hosts were helpful and communicative without hovering.

Property is in horrible condition. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom are wet and dirty. Ceiling in bonus room is falling in. Vanity is missing chunks from around the bottom. Duvet in king room was not clean. The refrigerator seal was so rusted, moldy and crumbling that it wouldn’t stay closed and was dirty inside. We left soon after checking in. I’ve sent messages and texts to property manager and over a week later I haven’t gotten a response. I have no idea who left reviews saying this place was good but I’m guessing they never actually were there.

Just like the pictures!!

This property was AMAZING!!! Everything looked just like it did in the pictures. My mom and I were very comfortable with each having our own room. The beds were out of this world comfortable. The location was perfect as it’s right off the interstate and easy access to downtown and other surrounding areas we were visiting such as Kingsport and Johnson City!!

Thoroughly ENJOYABLE!!

Very happy with our 4 night stay at the Cottage at the Casino - it was super clean with all noted amenities in order. Inside, the property is cheerfully decorated and feels really like a loved family home. All photos are absolutely accurate, and the cottage is much more spacious than it may appear on the outside. Location, convenience, value and a very quiet street make this a real winner! Additionally, the local hosts quickly respond to questions and genuinely want their guests to enjoy their stay - we would definitely return again!

Was searching for something close to the Casino because the only thing close to the casino was not the best as far as hotels/motels and seemed run down. Found this little jewel and it is very close to the Casino, it is within walking distance. It was my first time to the new Hard Rock Bristol and we had a great stay. We will definitely be back. Lovely Weekend Stay!

My family and I stayed the weekend at this lovely property as a little fall break trip. The beds are so soft and comfy. The coffee bar in the kitchen meant we had a good wake up before we hit the town to start the day. The house is super tidy and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely go back!
