Long-Short Rent Modern Smart Studio

Feel secure and enjoy in your own private studio with single king bed and trundle bed or queen bed (as available requested) to accommodate max 2+ people, The studio is accessed PRIVACY. Very close to shopping center and 50 cent public transport to universitues, Brisbane city BCD, GoldCoast, etc.

Self-contained brick wall, well-insulated studio with ensuite, and well-equipped modern kitchenettes (steam oven, induction cooktop, auto sensor tap water, dishwasher, A/C, ceiling fan light; smart bathroom massage shower, smart bidet, washing machine).
We also have a printer, and scanner for those needed per requested.

This new modern studio has a lot of natural light with block-out curtains on all windows/entrance doors and built with high ceilings equipped with smart and modern applications is your using. It has full modern kitchen: fridge/freezer, steam oven, dishwasher, auto-sensor sink tap, auto-zone induction cooktop, microwave, control temperature kettle, toaster, and a full complement of cookware and utensils; washing machine, smart bidet, auto-light temperature displaced controlled shower with a massage feature.

The studio smart safety feature: new standard interconnected smoke alarm, extra Wi-Fi smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, moisture and heat alarm in bathroom, and rear emergency exit door in case.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.
