The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was a slightly confusing mix-up with our airport transfers. We originally booked a shuttle to the international terminal for 4:45am, but after a flight change needed to travel to the domestic terminal (thankfully at a later time). We called reception early to check whether the domestic shuttle would still depart at 4:45 and were advised that we were booked on a 5:25am shuttle instead, which suited us anyway. Despite this, the same staff member then called at 4:45am to ask if we were taking the shuttle. My husband reminded her that she had confirmed a 5:25am departure. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a little odd and confusing.
