The property wasn’t very clean. Just walking around inside left us with black feet. Balcony furniture was all broken and not usable. 2 little dishwashing sachets for 4 people for 2 nights isn’t enough. We had to buy our own sugar and toilet paper as well. Wouldn’t recommend

While the check in and parking access were very good, the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. 3 dirty glasses is inappropriate, dirty furniture, dents and scuffs in walls. Do yourself a favour and spend the xtra $$ to stay at Meriton.

Nice property in a great location. Clean with great bed. The kitchen has limited cookware and kitchen accessories. Wanted to use the oven but there is no pans etc to use so couldn’t use it.

Lovely stay in South Bank

Apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The balcony was not very appealing, but was handy for hanging swimmers and towels. The rooftop pool was so lovely! The location was great - nearby GOMA, Messina (best gelato ever!), Chu the Phat, Pig & Whistle (with live music) and the South Bank parklands and pool. Would happily book here again.

We travelled with public transport, and the Soda Apartments were a short, easy walk from the Cultural Centre bus stop. The receptionist was friendly, most helpful and informative. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything we required was there for our 2 day stay. Southbank and the galleries were an easy walk i n one direction and the vibrancy of West End was closer.

Good location, lots to do around the area. There is a lot of construction in the area so it can be quite noisy. Everything was as you’d expect in an apartment for that price. Nice (but small) rooftop pool and deck with bbq - but no towels provided. Good base if your planning to get out all day.

Overall the stay was good, in a great location. But, the apartment needed some care and better cleaning. The window blinds were dirty and mouldy in places and the air con barely worked. Also, and not the fault of the property there is lots of building work and roadworks so constant noise, including overnight. Good for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and informative and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are well kept with nice decor and very comfortable beds. Great location for exploring South Bank and the city being right next to Fish Lane and other restaurant precincts. You must try Roddy's Rib Shack downstairs, it's amazing! Although it was a little cold for swimming, the roof top pool and bbq area also looks very inviting. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
