"Rooms were very clean and Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff would go out of their way to assist you. I asked for a late checkout, but it was not available, however, they will hold your baggage in a secure area until you're ready to leave. I brought a suit, but there was no iron available, only a steamer in the room. I did not ask if an iron was available and had to learn crash course style how to use a steamer. It's possible they have them and I just did not think to ask. Only problem with my room was there was no dresser, or drawers, to place clothes. Overall, though, excellent experience and I would go back again!"
