Value for money stay with clean/comfort/quietness

Perfect stay for budget trip to skiing at Falls Creek or Mt Hotham. Have personally stayed here several times over more than 10 years and never been disappointed. The decor may not be to everyone’s liking, however the comfort, quietness and cleanliness cannot be faulted.

Musty and black mold

Black mold in the bathroom that made the room smell musty. Our clothes were contaminated with the smell. Not safe for humans unless thoroughly cleaned and properly ventilated

Everything was very nice. The photos online do not do justice of the actual room. In reality the rooms are better. The only feedback i would give is to have more hot water for the room with the spa. We filled it once but then there was not enough hot water to maintain the right temperature of the water.

Stayed here recently. The AC remote wasn’t working, which made it difficult to adjust the room temperature comfortably. Also, in the morning when the hot water was running, there was a very loud noise — almost like a pipe was about to burst or an earthquake. It was quite unsettling, especially with no staff available around to assist or check the issue. The room was otherwise okay, but these issues definitely affected the experience. An average stay overall — needs better maintenance and guest support, especially in the mornings

This property is in desperate need of renovation and does not deserve the 4 star rating it holds. Cracks in the paint work, uncomfortable bed, dust coated surfaces, pink mould around the basin sink hole, WiFi that keeps dropping out (to the point it is unusable).. the list goes on. Its one saving grace is it's close proximity to the centre of Myrtleford.

Neat and clean

Location is very good. Room is clean and room service available even on public holidays. Only issue is the internet and wifi. No internet even if wifi is already connected.
