On the outskirts of town which was fine for us as quiet and we biked into town, 20 to 30 minute pleasant (flat) walk for most and a two minute drive, the cottage was clean and full of everything you'd need (some you wouldn't expect) for a pleasant holiday, car was under cover in the carport and cottage easily fitted two adults and two kids, the bathroom has been renovated and the bed was so comfortable. We'd go back there again.

Perfect for a quiet retreat
Property is situated in a quiet location at the end of town with easy access to the river, and waking tracks to town and out to Freeburgh and beyond.
Only disappointing aspect was that some of the furnishings are a little tired and the gardens at the property need a good cut back to lighten up the living spaces.
Other than that the place is great for those seeking a quiet retreat with access to a pool shared by a small number of units.
