Conveniently located just one mile from the Killington Skyeship Gondola, three miles from Bear Mountain, and a short drive to Killington, Pico, and Okemo Resorts, this inviting unit is the perfect home base for year-round adventures.

Located on the upper floor of Building 2 with peaceful brook and parking area views, this comfortable studio features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails.

The convenient partial kitchen includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and essentials for preparing light meals and snacks. A full bathroom provides added comfort throughout your stay.

Guests at Cedarbrook enjoy a year-round heated outdoor pool, fitness room, cozy sitting area, and small library. Complimentary coffee is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Cedarbrook office sitting area. Snowmobile tours are within walking distance, and the resort offers easy access to skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and Vermont's spectacular fall foliage.

Please note that Cedarbrook does not offer shuttle service to or from the mountain. A $150 security deposit authorization hold is collected upon arrival. This is a non-smoking, pet-free property.

Good Killington/Pico option

Overall a good option for a visit to Killington if you don’t need to be on the access road. The outdoor heated pool was a really nice way to relax after a day of skiing. If you don’t want to drive, there is a pretty good restaurant across the street. The only slight concern is if more units than unit 207 are listed on VRBO (the unit we stayed in). I’m glad we had an upstairs unit because the floor was very squeaky. I was wondering if it was annoying the unit below us. With that minor detail said, we had no issues, and my daughter who used the pullout sofa bed said it was the first one she slept on where she didn’t feel the dreaded bar across the middle of your back through the mattress. We had a good amount of towels, and the kitchen had plates, silverware, and coffee mugs for 4, also a coffee machine (they even had filters), toaster, and large microwave. It is definitely an option we will consider for the future.

Super convenient to the sky ship Gondola. Kitchenette was adequate. Unit was clean and heated pool was great for after skiing.
