New cottage with Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Sauna, and Plunge Tub. Million Dollar Views

Sauna fee is $50. Please let us know if you wish to use the sauna the fee can be applied on a separate request. We keep the prices standard on the nightly fee so people can choose. This property features the largest porch in North Carolina, with a roofed hot tub and a tiki bar! Not to mention the most beautiful views. it's all just about a 6-minute drive from downtown Brevard. The gas station and grocery store are just a minute drive away. The cottage includes 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size bed in the loft above, perfect for a small group of guests. 2 porches, 1 is screened and 1 is walked out from the bedroom with views to the woods. The kitchen is fully equipped for full-course cooking; Keurig coffee is provided.
For an evening relax we have a nice, large fire pit which is lit up at night, and the firewood is provided. We answer every question promptly.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Had a great time in Brevard! The rental was a great touch! Tiny home with a cabin feel! All the amenities were great especially the hot tub and the fenced off private fire pit area. Great for letting the kids play without them wondering off. Brian and his wife definitely did a great job. Love the fact when you want to communicate with the owners, you actually talk to the owners, not a company! Definitely will come back! Thank you again for a great stay!
