Wonderful and responsive host. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The yard and fire pit area were not as private as we would have preferred but everything met our needs and it was easy to access all the hiking we wanted to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our short weekend away from home! Brenda was very quick with responding and checking that we had everything we needed including recommendations which was so kind! The home was so centrally located and easy to find as well as being close to everything you need for a great stay! We will definitely return when we visit the area again! Thank you for having us!

Super clean cottage with great walkability to town and to Brevard college! Woke up to deer outside our window and loved the neighbors friendly cats that would visit us every time we rolled in. The creek is behind the home but cannot view it from the home.

We were hardly at the house because we were out doing things around town and on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Having said that, the house was clean and stocked with what we needed.

Nice cottage

Very comfortable. Inside was completely clean and up to date. Enjoyed our visit. The host was very responsive to all my questions in advance, coming right after the hurricane, I was very worried but she answered all my concerns.

Convenient and clean

Very convenient walking distance of downtown, and one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever been in. It’s a bit cozy small in the bedroom/bathroom area but a very enjoyable place to stay!

Awesome Location

Very clean and well maintained home, Brenda had everything you need including a few snacks, coffee-tea, and a few other beverages, Location is within walking distance of town and not to far from Sierra Nevada Brewing, or the Pisgah National Forest. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing time

This property was perfect to get away to North Carolina. Checkin was super easy and Brenda was available whenever we had a question. We will definitely rent again from them when we return. Thanks so much for a getaway!

Nice place in a great location

This rental was well worth the price. Bathroom is a little tight, but other than that the house is very nicely renovated. Quiet neighborhood just on the edge of downtown Brevard. We would definitely stay here again!

The fire pit was very basic and unkempt. I had to wipe off mold, mildew and bird poop off the chairs before they could be used. It faced the cement foundation of the cottage. The creek was more like an overgrown ditch. There were no scenic views, deck, porches etc. However, the house was clean and close to town, we did not think it close enough to walk though. The host responded quickly to our disappointment and did send firewood, starter sticks and cleaned up the fire pit.
