The house was perfect for our getaway to Brevard. Perfect location! We walked to Main St. for the Halloween Fest and local shopping. Nice space that fit our crowd. The only negative (that was fixed with a couple of air fresheners) was that you could tell the previous visitors likely had furbabies with them. We would definitely stay again if visiting with friends & family.

Comfortable home and perfect location to walk Main Street. We were so surprised to see four deer in the back yard the first morning, then a white squirrel and rabbit. Right in town with a view too.

Songbirds, friendly rabbit and great back porch.

Lovely, renovated older home with best of old and new. Modern kitchen with lots of windows. 40 foot trees to shade back yard. Rocking chair back porch. Walk 2 blocks to main street. Close to Pisgah Forest.

Perfect place

This home was absolutely perfect. The location was walkable to so many things. We spent so much time on the porch and the backyard was great to watch all the white squirrels. So many nice touches that made the place feel like home. We will definitely be back!

Lots of room and perfect location

We wanted to be able to walk Downtown and to king street. The location of the house was perfect. Lots of room even with 5 adults. We never felt cramped.

Cute House Downtown

We stayed for 10 nights. This house is cute and partially updated. Quick and easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed many mornings and late afternoons walking downtown and through the neighborhood. Just a short walk to get onto the greenway. You can walk to Morning Social restaurant (recommended for breakfast) and walk to Noblebräu brewing. Plenty of cute coffee shops downtown as well. The house had an amazing flat yard with a big back deck. Beautiful trees and a small view of the mountains can be seen from the back. We enjoyed this feature multiple times a day. There is also a big front deck. The master bedroom is very big with a nice shower in the bathroom. And the couch in the living room is comfortable as well. The living room has old wood floors which are beautiful. The master room runs on its on thermostat and the rest of the house runs on a furnace. We had some issues with it being very hot upstairs but the property maintenance team had someone over immediately and fixed the problem. Everything was nice after that. The only thing negative I would say is that all of the beds are pretty firm, other than than it’s a great house. The whole house flows very nicely and we really loved the yard and having easy access to everything. Would stay here again

Overall great spot

The house had everything we needed. Plenty of room in a location that was close to where we wanted to be. Great back yard and spacious deck. Upstairs rooms could use some screens on the bedroom windows. Fresh air would have been preferred over A/C.
