The comfortable vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of Bretten, conveniently located yet quiet, in the district of Gölshausen. It is a 10-minute walk (approx. 1 km) to the town center and 1 minute by car from the B35 Gölshausen junction. Bretten train station is 2.4 km away.



The open-plan apartment with a large wooden terrace (30 m²) and water feature is located on the garden floor of the owners' detached house. It is easily accessible via a small staircase with a separate entrance, with a stair lift on request. Ideal for 2 people, crib available on request. Dog on request (and for a fee). Next to the large, light-flooded living/bedroom with sitting area including TV and audio system and direct access to the terrace (illuminated, electric awning) is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, bubble machine ... Adjacent to this is a small, fine shower room. Separate WC, hallway & checkroom area. Bookshelf and CD rack. WLAN (inside and outside). Garden furniture & cushions. Garden barbecue on request.

Heerlijk appartement met mooie tuin en groot terras

Pros: Alles keurig onderhouden en volledig prive tot je beschikking. De eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk. We zijn hier 5 nachten geweest en ondanks het wat mindere weer soms hebben we ons prima vermaakt. Centrum is dichtbij en met 10 min aan te lopen. Cons: niets

Schöner Aufenthalt in entspannter Atmosphäre

Pros: Bei Familie Lindemann, kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. :) Man bekommt einen super herzlichen Empfang und eine kurze Erklärung der Unterkunft. & schon kann der Urlaub starten. Die Wohnung ist super stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem in der Ausstattung an nichts. Sollte dennoch was fehlen, kann man jederzeit einfach nachfragen. Man kann entspannen & bei schönem Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Einfach weiterzuempfehlen. ✨ Ganz liebe Grüße. :)
