Nice hotel

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Food was beautiful in the hotel Restuarant. Bar snacks keep on coming with the fresh drinks. Stayed for 8 nights.

Disappointing , No AC [when I was there].

Whilst conveniently located, and easy to get to the Lumezzane area, the place is looking tired. Rooms need a full refurb badly, it still seems the furniture from 1980's is there. What was disappointing was the lack of Air Conditioning, with temperature outside at upto 35 Degrees C. on Monday June 3. When I checked with the Reception, I was told that the local Municipality had forbidden the use of AC's . I checked with Novotel Hotel, and they confirmed that the AC was functioning. So I am doubtful of the reason given. Could not open windows, as it is on the main thoroughfare, so lot of Pollution. Parking is in the front, a bit tight, but if you get in early enough, it is OK. Breakfast is not bad, with the serving Ladies aiming to please.

Very so-so, glad I didn't stay longer

Although I've stayed there many nights, I had forgotten how small and uncomfortable the single rooms are; no good place to sit. The floor of the tiny shower was very slick, I almost fell. There was a tour group that overwhelmed the breakfast staff, so no coffee pr juice and very little left to eat . Profitable for the hotel, miserable for the guests.

We have stayed here several times. The hotel is old and some areas reflect this, the bathrooms in particular need an update. It is on the edge of the city. It has a swimming pool which is great on a hot day. Breakfast is good, the usual cold meats, cheeses, fruit juice and choice of breads. Also some fresh fruit and some cakes.
