Casa Polsa "1964" in Trentino, surrounded by nature in the Monte Baldo Natural Park in Polsa di Brentonico (TN) - 1250 mt. a stone's throw from the ski slopes. Ground floor apartment in a villa with only two units, with an equipped, unfenced garden and private parking. Fully furnished and super-accessorized house, consisting of: living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 01 bathroom. Electricity, heating, pellets and bed linen/bathroom linen available (extra cost). The ideal home for a holiday with the whole family, including animals.
- In winter you will have 25 km of slopes at your disposal between the towns of Polsa and San Valentino (Brentonicoski Area), with 26 slopes at your disposal, with natural or artificial snow.
The area reserved for school fields will allow those who want to learn to ski to do so in complete safety, thanks to the help of the excellent instructors of the Monte Baldo Ski School.
- In Autumn, nature prepares to face the cold season, the leaves change color and spread out on the paths. The magic of the foliage will impress you, every day you will see the surrounding nature change and be tinged with the warm shades of autumn.
Walking in the woods, listening to the crackling of the leaves at every step, enjoying the scents of moss and mushrooms. Yes, of course! Mushrooms!!! Polsa will offer you the joy of picking delicious porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, drumsticks, blueberries, wild strawberries, wild spinach and much more, all spontaneous products to prepare immediately, in the kitchen of Casa Polsa “1964”
- In Spring, nature awakens, the days get longer and the temperatures start to become increasingly milder.
The Monte Baldo Natural Park is slowly covered with many shoots, many of which are rare, and from a dormant garden it transforms into an explosion of scents and colors, returning to being the spectacular Garden of Italy known to all European botanists.
10km from Casa Polsa 1964, in Brentonico, you can visit the Botanical Garden and Fossil Museum where you can have a complete view of the biodiversity of the area.
Get on your mountain bike and ride the many mountain paths.

About 40 minutes away is the largest lake in Italy, Lake Garda. An enchanting place, rich in culture and tradition. Ideal for windsurfing, sailing, diving or simply lying in the sun and enjoying relaxation.
The house is delivered clean and in excellent condition. Well-behaved animals allowed. Maximum respect and cleanliness are requested. For any damage found at check-out, an immediate refund will be requested. No parties. Smoking is prohibited.
Heating costs (radiators € 0.80 per KW - pellets € 6.00 per 15 kg bag), electricity (€ 0.60 per KW) and tourist tax (€ 1.00 per person over 14 per day for max. 10 days) are excluded from the rental price. They will be collected at the end of the stay.
